We believe the Bible is the inspired, preserved, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. We believe the King James Version of the Bible to be the preserved Word of God in the English language and our final authority for faith and practice. (Psalm 12:6–7; 2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21)
We believe in one true God, eternally existing in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit—equal in essence, power, and glory. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14)
We believe God the Father is the sovereign Creator and Sustainer of all things, perfect in holiness, wisdom, power, and love. He hears and answers prayer and works all things according to His will for His glory. (Genesis 1:1; Psalm 145:8–9; Ephesians 1:11)
We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, born of a virgin, fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross as a substitutionary sacrifice for sin, was buried, rose bodily from the grave, ascended into heaven, and will return again personally and visibly. (Isaiah 7:14; John 1:1, 14; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Acts 1:11)
We believe the Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment, regenerates the believer at salvation, indwells, seals, guides, and empowers believers for holy living and service. (John 16:8–13; Titus 3:5; Ephesians 1:13)
We believe salvation is by grace through faith alone in the finished work of Jesus Christ, apart from works. All who repent and trust Christ are eternally saved and kept by the power of God. (Ephesians 2:8–9; John 10:28–29; Romans 10:9–13)
We believe the local church is a body of baptized believers united for worship, instruction, fellowship, evangelism, and service. The church is to be governed under Christ by biblical leadership and is responsible to carry out the Great Commission. (Acts 2:41–47; Matthew 28:19–20; Ephesians 4:11–16)
We believe the ordinances of the church are believer’s baptism by immersion and the Lord’s Supper, both symbolic in nature and commanded by Christ. (Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:3–4; 1 Corinthians 11:23–26) 9.
We believe believers are called to live a life of holiness, separation unto God, and devotion to Christ, demonstrating love, obedience, and service through the power of the Holy Spirit. (Romans 12:1–2; Galatians 5:16; 1 Peter 1:15–16)
We believe it is the responsibility of every believer and every church to share the Gospel locally and globally. We are committed to fulfilling the Great Commission through prayer, giving, and active involvement in missions. (Mark 16:15; Acts 1:8; Romans 10:13–15)
We believe in the bodily resurrection of all people: the saved to eternal life with God and the lost to eternal separation from God in the lake of fire. We believe in the imminent return of Jesus Christ. (John 5:28–29; 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17; Revelation 20:11–15) 12.
We believe Heaven is a real place of eternal joy for those who are saved, and Hell is a real place of eternal punishment for those who reject Christ. (John 14:1–3; Matthew 25:46; Revelation 21:1–4)
